The Man Behind the Mission

Aaron Pearson

Director of Softball Operations

Aaron Pearson leads the softball side of Premier Sports Academy as Director of Softball Operations, combining nearly two decades of educator-coach experience with a player-first development philosophy. Under his leadership, Premier Softball recently expanded its competitive roster with the addition of a new 10U developmental team.

Aaron is the Head Varsity Softball Coach at Francis Howell Central, where he's led the Spartans to multiple deep postseason runs, including MSHSAA Class 5 District Championships and appearances in the State Quarterfinals. In 2025 he was named GAC Coach of the Year. He also serves as Assistant Varsity Baseball Coach at FHC — a rare dual-sport coaching footprint that shapes the way he develops complete athletes.

Outside the high school program, Aaron is a sought-after regional hitting instructor at Player's Edge Performance, working with athletes of all ages across the St. Louis area. His program is recognized for its recruiting outreach and player profiles, and has successfully transitioned numerous athletes to the collegiate level.

Off the field, Aaron has spent 18 years teaching middle school in the Francis Howell School District — an educator first, a coach always.
