Every athlete in the Premier program gets a strength & conditioning plan written for THEIR position, age, training history, and current assessment numbers. Progress Assessments On Demand

Every athlete gets full performance assessments — exit velo, throwing velo, 60-yard dash, pop time, vertical, broad jump, bench, squat, deadlift, power clean, and mobility scoring. Assessments are repeated on cycle so the athlete and the coach see the actual rate of change. No guessing whether work is paying off.
